Dec 17, 2019: Hermes Logistics Technologies (HLT) will now begin implementing Hermes 5 (H5) at Etihad’s Abu Dhabi base following essential upgrades to their core cargo management system. H5 will bring usability improvements, advanced integration with external applications, and open up business intelligence capabilities, which can be used with AI and machine learning algorithms to optimise business and handling processes.
