The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) has concluded training agreements with the Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of Macedonia (MCAA) and the Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority (RCAA), for CAAS to provide aviation training in Macedonia and Rwanda respectively. The agreements were signed by the director-general of CAAS, Kevin Shum, the director-general of MCAA, Goran Jandreoski and the director-general of RCAA, Silas Udahemuka, on the sidelines of the Singapore Airshow on February 7, 2018.
