January 4, 2018: In a recent development New Jersey Transit Corporation (NJ Transit) has placed orders for 17 additional Bombardier ALP-45 dual-power locomotives. According to reports, this second call off is valued at about $160 million, which is based on a contract for 26 locomotives signed in 2008.
