December 17, 2017: Munich Airport has posted strong growth in 2017 with all-time increase in passenger traffic by 2.3 million to 44.6 million, posting a 5.5 percent gain over the 2016 figure. The airport also saw a strong surge in take-offs and landings, with an increase of over 10,000 to approximately 405,000—a gain of 2.6 percent.
