Chicago O'Hare International Airport saw the opening of the second phase of the $220 million northeast cargo facility on August 17, 2017. Mayor Rahm Emanuel joined the Chicago Department of Aviation (CDA), Aeroterm and cargo executives for the opening of the new cargo facility.
