Oct 14, 2019: Israeli real estate company Amot Investments, a unit of Alony Hetz Property and Investments has reached an agreement with Teva Pharmaceutical Industries to buy all the rights in its logistics centre in Shoham near Ben Gurion airport for NIS 445 million. The 50,000-square meter logistics centre is located on a 77-dunam (19.25-acre) site.
