Air cargo crucial for Africa but infrastructure and regulatory reform even more important

This was the key point Vuyani Jarana, CEO of South African Airways (SAA), affirmed in his inaugural address at the opening of the Air Cargo Africa 2019 conference and exhibition in Johannesburg.
