Dec 17, 2018: The corporate merger of Siemens Digital Logistics GmbH, LOCOM Software GmbH and LOCOM Consulting GmbH was successfully completed on December 14, 2018. The merged entities will operate under the brand name Siemens Digital Logistics, which is the legal successor firm of the former LOCOM companies. The merger applies retroactively as of October 1, 2018.
