Sep 14, 2018: Siemens Postal, Parcel & Airport Logistics (SPPAL) and Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) - operators of Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru (BLR Airport) - have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly drive the digital transformation of the BLR Airport. The declaration of intent envisages cooperation in a number of areas, including the digitalisation of existing infrastructure through the use of Internet of Things (IoT) applications.
