June 20, 2018: Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) has seen 4.3 percent increase in cargo and airmail throughput to 436,000 tonnes in the month of May this year. Transshipments recorded year-on-year increase of 16 percent, contributing the most to the growth in cargo throughput. During the month, Southeast Asia and India increased most significantly among the key trading regions.
