March 19, 2019: This month, logistics specialist the Rhenus Group acquired the Toronto-headquartered customized logistics solutions provider Rodair. Beside their headquarters in Toronto, Rodair has business sites in Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver. The acquisition deal is subject to approval by the relevant authorities.
