June 14, 2018: The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is amending its regulations pertaining to the submission of advance air cargo data to implement a mandatory Air Cargo Advance Screening (ACAS) program.As per the amendment, any inbound aircraft that has commercial cargo aboard is required to make entry under the CBP regulations.
