Frauke Heistermann will be the new Chief Digitalisation Officer (CDO) at Siemens Postal, Parcel & Airport Logistics GmbH (SPPAL), from March 1, 2017. Digitalisation will sustainably change the economy, and it is progressing faster than any other industrial revolution in the past. The creation of this new strategic position highlights the importance of digitalisation for the future of SPPAL.
